for:

‘When the official's entitlement to the allowance ceases, he shall be entitled (…) to receive payment of pension under Article 9 of Annex VIII.’

read:

‘When the official's entitlement to the allowance ceases, he shall be entitled (…) to receive payment of pension without applying the reduction laid down in Article 9 of Annex VIII.’
