CORRIGENDA

Corrigendum to the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities

Annex VII : Article 4 (3) shall be replaced by the following : '3 . For the purposes of paragraphs 1 and 2, an official who has, by marriage, automatically acquired, without the possibility of renouncing it, the nationality of the State in whose territory his or her place of employment is situated, shall be treated in the same way as an official covered by the first indent of paragraph 1 (a).'

Corrigenda to : — Council Directive 70/388/EEC of 27 July 1970 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to audible warning devices for motor vehicles (OJ No L 176, 10. 8 . 1970, p. 12) — Council Directive 76/ 114/EEC of 18 December 1975 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to statutory plates and inscriptions for motor vehicles and their trailers, and their location and method of attachment (OJ No L 24, 30 . 1 . 1976, p. 1 ) — Council Directive 78/932/EEC of 16 October 1978 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to head restraints of seats of motor vehicles (OJ No L 325 , 20. 11 . 1978 , p. 1 )

In Annex I, item 1.4.1 , to Directive 70/388/EEC, in the Annex, item 2.1.2, to Directive 76/ 114/EEC and in Annex VI, item 1.1.1 , to Directive 78/932/EEC the distinguishing number 12 for Luxembourg shall be replaced by 13.
