Corrigendum to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3089/ 78 of 19 December 1978 laying down general rules in respect of aid for the consumption of olive oil (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 369 of 29 December 1978)

Page 13 , Article 4 ( 1 ) (c) should read as follows : '(c) placed on the market of the Community at a price level which takes into account the amount of the aid in question .' Page 13 , Article 6 (2), second subparagraph should be replaced by the following : 'Should the minimum amount referred to above be reached during two or more reference periods, one application only for aid shall be submitted for all quantities packaged during those periods .'
