Article 1, point 7, new Article 41a, last subparagraph;

Annex 2, Article 3 (a), the third and last lines of the last subparagraph of Article 10 (2) and Article 11 (1) (c):

The blanks underlined in dotted lines shall be completed by the date '9 March 1982'.
