Opinion of Mr Advocate General

Mr Advocate General Mischo delivered his Opinion on 15 June 1989. He proposed that the application should be dismissed as unfounded and, pursuant to Article 70 of the Rules of Procedure, the parties be ordered to bear their own costs.
