Opinion of Mr Advocate General

Mr Advocate General Lenz delivered his Opinion on 12 July 1989. He proposed that the Court should:

1) declare void Council Directive 87/519/EEC of 19 October 1987 amending Directive 74/63/EEC on undesirable substances and products in animal nutrition;

2) Order the Council to pay the costs.
