Opinion of the Advocate General

Mr Advocate General Van Gerven delivered his Opinion on 14 February 1989. He proposed that the Court should:

1) dismiss the first head of claim as inadmissible;

2) declare that there was no need to give a decision on the second head of claim;

3) order the Commission to bear its own costs and one-quarter of the applicant's costs.
