The Annex to Decision 2012/020/R is amended as follows: The text of the amendment is arranged to show deleted text, new or amended text as shown below: (a) deleted text is marked with strikethrough; (b) new or amended text is highlighted in grey; (c) an ellipsis (…) indicates that the remaining text is unchanged in front of or following the reflected amendment.

Two new paragraphs, GM 21.A.90B and GM 21.A.431B, are introduced:

CS-STAN contains the certification specifications referred to in 21.A.90B(a)2. Guidance on the implementation of Standard Changes and Standard Repairs can be found in AMC M.A.801 of the AMC to Part-M.
