GM1 ATM/ANS.AR.B.005 Allocation of tasks to qualified entities

CERTIFICATION TASKS GENERAL The tasks that may be performed by a qualified entity on behalf of the competent authority include those related to the initial certification and continuing oversight of service providers as defined in this Regulation, with the exclusion of the issuance of a certificate. The competent authority may decide to allocate to qualified entities certain or all of its tasks that are assigned to such authority under this Regulation.
