‘AMC and GM to Part-DEF — Issue 1, Amendment 9’

The Annex to Decision 2012/015/R of 24 October 2012 is hereby amended as follows: The text of the amendment is arranged to show deleted, new or amended text as shown below:

1. deleted text is marked with strike through;

2. new or amended text is highlighted in blue; and

3. an ellipsis (…) indicates that the remaining text is unchanged in front of or following the reflected amendment.

GM1 Annex I is amended as follows: GM1 Annex I Definitions DEFINITIONS FOR TERMS USED IN ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF COMPLIANCE AND GUIDANCE MATERIAL For the purpose of Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, the following definitions should apply: (…) (xa) ‘Ramp inspection tool’ means the IT application including a centralised database used by all stakeholders to store and exchange data related to ramp inspections.
