Nr 61 Avtal om ett projekt kallat Europeiska observatoriet för hälsovårdssystem Köpenhamn den 22 maj 1998
Regeringen beslutade den 15 januari 2004 att underteckna avtalet. Avtalet undertecknades den 2 februari 2004. I samband med undertecknandet avgav Sverige en förklaring med innebörden att framtida svenska bidrag till samarbetsprojekt är beroende av att medel för ändamålet finns tillgängliga.
Avtalet trädde i kraft den 22 maj 1998 och för Sverige trädde det i kraft den 17 februari 2004.
