19 november 2004
Regeringen beslutade den 9 september 2004 att verkställa skriftväxling om avtalet. Den 19 maj 2005 beslutade regeringen att underrätta Anguilla om att avtalet godkänts. Godkännandet meddelades den 25 maj 2005.
Avtalet trädde i kraft den 1 juli 2005.
