Nr 4 Konvention om Europeiska skogsinstitutet Joensuu den 28 augusti 2003
Regeringen beslutade den 28 augusti 2003 att underteckna konventionen. Den 9 december 2004 beslutade regeringen att ratificera konventionen. Ratifikationsinstrumentet deponerades hos finska utrikesdepartementet den 19 januari 2005. Konventionen trädde i kraft den 4 september 2005.
