Nr 43 Avtal om partnerskap och samarbete mellan Europeiska gemenskaperna och deras medlemsstater, å ena sidan, och Republiken Tadzjikistan, å andra sidan. Luxemburg den 11 oktober 2004
Regeringen beslutade den 30 september 2004 att underteckna avtalet. Den 24 maj 2006 beslutade regeringen att till generalsekreteraren för Europeiska unionens råd anmäla att Sverige hade godkänt avtalet. Anmälan lämnades den 12 juni 2006.
Avtalet har inte trätt i kraft.
