Ändringar i den europeiska överenskommelsen om arbetsförhållanden för fordonsbesättningar vid internationella vägtransporter (AETR) Artikel 10 – Färdskrivare Lägg till följande mening i slutet av punkt 1 a i denna artikel: "En färdskrivare som i fråga om konstruktion, installation, användning och provning överensstämmer med rådets förordning (EEG) nr. 3821/85 av den 20 december 1985 ska anses överensstämma med kraven i denna artikel." Artikel 13 – Övergångsbestämmelser Ändras enligt följande: "Bestämmelserna i den nya artikel 10 – Färdskrivare, ska inte vara tvingande för länder som är parter i detta avtal förrän den 24 april 1995. Tills dess fortsätter bestämmelserna i den gamla artikel 12 – Personlig kontrollbok och den gamla artikel 12 a – Kontrollanordning, att gälla." Bilaga – Underbilaga 2, kapitel I TYPGODKÄNNANDEMÄRKE OCH TYPGODKÄNNANDEINTYG I. TYPGODKÄNNANDEMÄRKE Ändras enligt följande: "1. Typgodkännandemärket ska bestå av – en rektangel, inom vilken bokstaven "e" ska vara inskriven, följd av en sifferkod för det land som har utfärdat godkännandet enligt följande:

i) länder som är parter i 1958 års överenskommelse om antagande av enhetliga regler för typgodkännande av utrustning och delar till motorfordon samt för ömsesidigt erkännande av sådant godkännande samma siffror som har tilldelats dessa länder enligt den överenskommelsen,

ii) länder som inte är parter i 1958 års överenskommelse i kronologisk ordning efter hand som de ratificerar eller godkänner överenskommelsen

och

en godkännandesiffra som motsvarar numret på det intyg om godkännande som utfärdats för färdskrivarens prototyp eller för diagrambladet. Denna siffra ska vara placerad i rektangelns omedelbara närhet.

Anmärkning. För att säkerställa att sifferkoderna i framtiden överensstämmer mellan 1958 års överenskommelse och de som anges i AETR-­‐överenskommelsen ska nya parter tilldelas samma siffra i båda överenskommelserna.

2. Typgodkännandemärket ska finnas på typskylten för varje färdskrivare och på varje diagramblad. Märket ska inte kunna utplånas och det ska alltid vara lätt att läsa.

3. Typgodkännandemärkets mått, som visas här nedan, är uttryckta i millimeter och utgör de minsta tillåtna. Förhållandena mellan måtten ska bibehållas.

An approval number corresponding to the number of the approval certificate drawn up for the prototype of the control device or the record sheet, placed at any point within the immediate proximity of this rectangle.

Note: In order to ensure in the future conformity between conventional signs in the 1958 Agreement and those set up in the AETR Agreement new Contracting Parties should be allocated the same number in both Agreements.

2. The approval mark shall be shown on the descriptive plaque of each set of control device and on each record sheet. It must be indelible and must always remain clearly legible.

3. The dimensions of the approval mark drawn below are expressed in millimetres, these dimensions being minima. The ratios between the dimensions must be maintained.
