Föreskrifter om ändring i Styrelsens för ackreditering och teknisk kontroll (SWEDAC) föreskrifter och allmänna råd (STAFS 2007:13) om ackreditering av organ som certifierar ledningssystem

att bilaga 1 till föreskrifterna ska ha följande lydelse.

IAF MD 1:2007 – IAF Mandatory Document for the Certification of Multiple Sites Based on Sampling, 5. IAF MD 2:2007 – IAF Mandatory Document for the Transfer of Accredited Certification of Management Systems, 6. IAF MD 3:2008 – IAF Mandatory Document for Advanced Surveillance and Recertification Procedures, 7. IAF MD 4:2008 – IAF Mandatory Document for the use of Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques (“CAAT”) for Accredited Certification of Management Systems, 8. IAF MD 5:2009 – IAF Mandatory Document for Duration of QMS and EMS audits, 9. EA-3/11 – Food Saftey Management Systems Scope of Accreditation: De krav som avser certifieringsorgan i avsnitt 3 Criteria for including a particular category in the accreditaion scope och 10. IAF MD 9:2011 - IAF Mandatory Document for the Application of ISO/IEC 17021 in Medical Device Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485).
