REGULATION No 2/66/EURATOM OF THE COUNCIL
of 28 February 1966
amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in the Netherlands
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN ATOMIC Article 3 of Regulation No 11 /65/Euratom should be ENERGY COMMUNITY, amended ;
Having regard to Regulation No 31 (EEC), 11 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : (EAEC) 1 on the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the > Article 1 European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 The following shall be added to Article 3 of of those Conditions of Employment; Regulation No 11 /65/Euratom :
