REGULATION No 11 /67/EURATOM OF THE COUNCIL of 21 December 1967 amending Regulation No 4/63/Euratom as regards the rates of allowances which may be granted to certain officials covered by Article 92 of the Staff Regulations to compensate for the arduous nature of certain work

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to Regulation No 31 ( EEC), 11 The following shall be substituted for the table in (EAEC) on the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Article 6 of Regulation No 4/63 /Euratom 1 : Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Economic Community and the European Category Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article Nature of duty A B C St D 100 thereof ;

( a) Full 8-hour night shift, weekdays 85 75 65 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

( b) 8-hour day or night shift, Sundays or public holidays 170 150 130 Whereas it is for the Council, acting on a proposal from the Commission, to determine the persons entitled to the allowance and the conditions and rates of the allowances which may be granted to certain Article 2 officials covered by Article 92 of the Staff Regulations to compensate for the arduous nature of certain This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January work; 1968 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
