REGULATION No 694/67/EEC OF THE COMMISSION

redefining the destination zones for export refunds on cereals
THE COMMISSION . OF THE EUROPEAN COM application of export refunds on cereals, as amended MUNITIES , by Regulation No 432/67/EEC,4 subject, however, to the adjustments dictated by experience ;
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation European Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals ;
Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/EEC 1 of 13 June 1967 on the common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : organisation of the market in cereals, and in particular Article 16 (6) thereof; Article 1
"Whereas pursuant to Article 16 ( 2) of Regulation No The destination zones to be used for the 120/67/EEC and of Article 6 of Council Regulation differentiation of export refunds shall be as set out in No 139/67/EEC2 of 21 June 1967 laying down rules Annex A in respect of products listed in Article 1 ( a ) for granting export refunds on cereals and criteria for . and (b) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC, and in Annex fixing the amount of such refunds, export refunds on B in respect of products listed in Article 1 (c) of that cereals and on flour, groats and meal of wheat or rye Regulation . may be varied according to use or destination ;
