REGULATION No 784/67/EEC OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1967 determining intervention centres, other than the main intervention centres, for olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ centres , for olive oil fixed these centres for the MUNITIES , 1966/67 marketing year on the basis of these criteria ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas experience gained during this first marketing Economic Community ; year justifies the retention of the intervention centres listed in the Annex to Regulation No 185/66/EEC for Having regard to Council Regulation No subsequent marketing years ; 136/66/EEC1 of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organisation of the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation market in oils and fats, and in particular Article 11 are in accordance with the Opinion of the (4) thereof; Management Committee for Oils and Fats ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 164/66/EEC2 of 27 October 1966 determining the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : main intervention centres for olive oil and laying down the criteria to be applied when other Article 1 intervention centres are being determined ; The intervention centres , other than the main Having regard to the Opinions expressed by the intervention centres, referred to in Article 11 (4) of Member States concerned ; Regulation No 136/66/EEC shall be those listed in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas Regulation No 164/66/EEC determined the main intervention centres for olive oil and laid down Article 2 the criteria tp be applied when intervention centres, other than ' the main intervention centres, are being determined; whereas Commission Regulation No This Regulation shall enter into force on the day 185 /66/EEC3 of 22 November 1966 determining following its publication in the Official Journal of the intervention centres, other than the main intervention European Communities.
