REGULATION No 867/67/EEC OF THE COUNCIL of 14 November 1967 amending Regulation No 362/67/EEC laying down standard qualities for rice and broken rice

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , p average quality of round-grained rice harvested in the Community ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community, and in particular Article Whereas for this purpose the standard quality of 43 thereof; husked rice fixed by Regulation No 362/67/EEC2 may be maintained after 31 August 1968 ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 359 /67/ EEC1 of 25 July 1967 on the common organisation of the market in rice, and in particular Article 2 (4) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof;

Sole Article Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;
