REGULATION (EEC) No 85/68 OF THE COUNCIL of 23 January 1968 supplementing Regulation No 213/67/EEC establishing the list of representative markets for pigmeat in the Community

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, restrictions has the effect of shielding the price of this product from the free play of supply and demand : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 121 /67/ EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organisation Article 1 of the market in pigmeat, and in particular Article 4 (5 ) thereof; The following paragraph shall be added to Article 1 of Regulation No 213 /67/EEC : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 'However, the Luxembourg and Esch group of markets shall be taken as a representative market Whereas the list of representative markets in pigmeat only where, as regards slaughtered pigs, Luxem­ in the Community was established by Regulation bourg has not had recourse to the provisions of No 213 /67/EEC2 ; Article 1 ( 1 ) of the Protocol on the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.'
