REGULATION (EEC) No 517/68 OF THE COUNCIL

of 29 April 1968

supplementing Regulation No 120/67/EEC as regards the refund to be granted on cereal products exported in the form of chemical products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Annex B to Regulation No 120/67/EEC shall be European Economic Community, and in particular supplemented as follows : Article 43 thereof;
