Article 3 as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 643 /68 the words 'used in the Community' shall be deleted . In Annex B to Regulation No 120/67/EEC, in heading No ex 21.05 of the Common Customs Tariff, the words 'in liquid, solid or powder form' shall be substituted for the word 'dehydrated' in the column Article 5 'Description of goods'. This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Article 4 day following its publication in the Official Journal In Article 11 ( 1 ) ( b) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
