REGULATION (EEC) No 1007/68 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 July 1968 amending Regulation No 199/67/EEC fixing the coefficients for calculating levies on derived poultrymeat products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ the market values of those products and between MUNITIES , the products used for calculating the derivation ; whereas, therefore, the coefficients for products falling within tariff heading Nos 02.02 B II (b), 02.02 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the B II (d) 1 , 2 and 3 and 02.02 B II (e) 1 , 2 (bb ) and 3 European Economic Community ; should be reduced and the coefficients for products falling within headings Nos 02.02 B I and 02.02 B II Having regard to Council Regulation No 123/67/ (f) of the Common Customs Tariff should be in­ EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organisation creased ; of the market in poultrymeat, and in particular Article 5 (3 ) thereof; Whereas the Management Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs has not issued an Opinion within the time Whereas the coefficients provided for in Article 5 limit set by its Chairman; (3 ) of Regulation No 123/67/EEC in respect of the products listed in Article 1 (2) (d) of that Regulation were fixed by Commission Regulation No 199/67/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC2 of 28 July 1967 fixing the coefficients for calculating levies on derived poultrymeat products, as Article 1 amended by Regulation No 689/67/EEC3 ; The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted Whereas those coefficients must be reviewed at least for the Annex to Regulation No 199/67/EEC, as once a year; amended by Regulation No 689/67/EEC .

Whereas, in the light of the considerations which Article 2 governed the fixing of those coefficients, such review has shown that increased trade, particularly in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August poultry cuts, leads to changes in the ratios between 1968 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
