on granting aid from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund , Guidance Section, for the year 1969

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , order to shorten, in the interests of applicants , the period between the submission of the application and the decision of the Commission ;
