REGULATION (EURATOM) No 550/69 OF THE COUNCIL

of 25 March 1969 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, in particular in view of the changes in salaries made since 1 January 1968 for the staff of the Belgian Nuclear Centre (CEN), Regulation No Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, 10/63 /Euratom should be amended : Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular Articles 94 and 95 of those Conditions of Article 1 Employment; The following fourth paragraph shall be added to Article 3 of Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom : Having regard to Council Regulation No 'A member of establishment staff shall receive a 10/63/Euratom2 of 18 December 1963 laying single standard allowance for 1968 amounting to down the conditions governing remuneration and Bfrs 2100. If he takes up or ceases his duties social security for establishment staff of the Joint during the year 1968 , the single allowance shall Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium, as be granted in proportion to the number of last amended by Regulation No 8/67/Euratom3 and months' service completed. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
