REGULATION (EEC) No 737/69 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 April 1969 supplementing Regulation No 633/67/EEC on the advance fixing of the export refund on cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 736/69 MUNITIES, extended the possible period of validity of export licences for common wheat and barley; whereas, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the therefore, Regulation No 633 /67/EEC should be European Economic Community; amended to take that new provision into account;

Having regard to Council Regulation No "Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common are in accordance with the Opinion of the organisation of the market in cereals, as last amended Management Committee for Cereals ; by Regulation (EEC) No 289/69,2 and in particular Article 16 (6) thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Whereas Article 3 of Commission Regulation No Sole Article 473/67/EEC3 of 21 August 1967 on import and export licences for cereals, processed cereal products, The following shall be substituted for Article 2 of rice, broken rice and processed rice products, as last Regulation No 633 /67/EEC : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 736/69 ,4 provides that export licences for cereals shall be valid for a 'Without prejudice to the adjustment provided for period consisting of the current month plus six in Article 16 (4) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC, months ; the amount of the refund fixed in advance for an export made during the third month following Whereas Commission Regulation No 633/67/EEC5 of that for which the export licence was issued shall 27 September 1967 on the advance fixing of the apply to an export made subsequently during the export refund on cereals, as last amended by period of validity of the licence.'
