REGULATION (EEC) No 897/69 OF THE COUNCIL

on the general rules to be applied in the event of a substantial rise in pigmeat prices

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Article 1 Whereas Article 11 of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC provides that when a substantial price rise is recorded on the Community market and this situation is likely 1 .
