REGULATION (EEC) No 1354/69 OF THE COMMISSION

further amending the Annex to Regulation No 451/67/EEC determining the quantity of potatoes required for the manufacture of 100 kg of starch

by Regulation No 852/67/EEC,4 and in particular Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 5 thereof; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Whereas the threshold price for maize was fixed by Management Committee for Cereals ; Council Regulation (EEC) No 896/695 of 13 May 1969 fixing the threshold prices for cereals for the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1969/70 marketing year at a level higher than that Sole Article valid for the 1968/69 marketing year; whereas that increase leads in pursuance of Article 1 ( 1 ) of The Annex to the Regulation shall be substituted for Regulation No 371 /67/EEC to an increase in the the Annex to Commission Regulation No amount of the production refund on maize for the 451 /67/EEC of 14 August 1967 determining the manufacture of starch; whereas the production quantity of potatoes required for manufacturing 100 refund on 100 kg of potato starch is equal, in kg of starch.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
