REGULATION (EEC) No 1394/69 OF THE COUNCIL

of 17 July 1969 amending Regulation (EEC) No 750/68 laying down general rules for offsetting storage costs for sugar

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 'in respect of the quantities

— of white and raw sugar, and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; — of the syrups referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 8 ( 1 ) of Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation No No 1009/67/EEC, 1009/67/EEC1 of 18 December 1967 on the common produced within his maximum quota' organisation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1393 /692 and in particular Article 8 (2) thereof; shall be substituted for the words 'in respect of the quantities of white and raw sugar produced within Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; his maximum quota'.
