REGULATION (EEC) No 1906/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 September 1969

amending Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 865/68 in respect of certain products falling within heading No 20.05 C I of the Common Customs Tariff

Regulation (EEC) No 455/69,2 provides for an import levy to be charged on the various added Article 2 sugars contained in the products listed in Annex I to that Regulation ; The tariff nomenclature resulting from the provisions Whereas the charging of a levy on plum puree and of Article 1 and set out in Annex B shall be paste falling within subheading No 20.05 C 1 of the incorporated in the Common Customs Tariff.
