REGULATION (EURATOM) No 2000/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 6 October 1969 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in the Netherlands

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas in view of the changes in salaries made since 1 January 1969 for the staff of the Reactor Centrum Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Nederland, Regulation No 11 /65/Euratom should Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 1 of 29 February 1968 be further amended : on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 of those Conditions of Employment; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 11/65/Euratom2 of 16 March 1965 laying down The following provisions shall be added to Article 3 the conditions governing remuneration and social of Regulation No 11 /65 /Euratom : security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear 'A single allowance equal to fl 116 shall be Research Centre employed in the Netherlands, as last granted for the year 1968 . Article3¶

The provisions of this Regulation shall apply from 1 January 1968 , save those of Article 2 which shall apply from 1 January 1969.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
