REGULATION ( EEC) No 2027/69 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 October 1969 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1473 /69 as regards the yield required from certain varieties of rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ amended by Regulation No 867/67/EEC,5 and MUNITIES, whereas the intervention price valid for the 1969/70 marketing year was already fixed for this standard quality; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1473 /69 should therefore be amended to bring it into line with Regulation No 362/ 67/EEC ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/67/EEC1 of 25 July 1967 on the common Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation organisation of the market in rice, as last amended by are in accordance with the Opinion of the Regulation (EEC) No 1398/69,2 and in particular Management Committee for Cereals ; Article 5 (5 ) thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1473 /69 Article 1 of 24 July 1969 amending Regulation No 470/67/EEC3 as regards new varieties produced in the Community altered certain yields required from The figure '62% ' shall be substituted for '63% ' in the paddy rice ; Table set out in Article 1 ( 3 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1473 / 69 .

Whereas the percentage of 63 fixed in that Article 2 Regulation for the Balilla variety of rice and other varieties classed therewith does not correspond to the percentage laid down in Article 2 of Council This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Regulation No 362/67/EEC4 of 25 July 1967 fixing day following its publication in the Official Journal the standard qualities for rice and broken rice, as of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
