REGULATION (EEC) No 2112/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 October 1969 amending Regulation No 213/67/EEC laying down the list of representative markets for pigmeat in the Community

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, of thus making them more representative, the list in the Annex to Regulation No 213 /67/EEC should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the amended ; European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 121/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : organisation of the market in pigmeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1398/69,2 and in particular Article 4 (5) thereof; Article 1

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted for the Annex to Regulation No 213/67/EEC. Whereas the list of the representative markets for pigmeat in the Community was established by Regulation No 213/67/EEC,3 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1705 /68ft Article 2

Whereas, for the purpose of broadening the scope of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November the market quotations in certain Member States and 1969 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

The following group of markets : Milano , Cremona, Mantova, Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Macerata/Perugia. 5 . The following group of markets : Luxembourg, Esch. 6. The following group of markets : Arnhem, Deventer, Boxtel, Oss, Cuyck/Maas.
