REGULATION (EEC) No 2117/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 October 1969 altering the period of validity of Regulation (EEC) No 19/69 on the advance fixing of the import levy on olive oil

THE COUNCIL. OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, levy on imports of olive oil to be extended indefinitely; whereas the validity of that Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the should therefore be extended for the 1969/70 European Economic Community ; marketing year ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC1 of 22 September 1966 on the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : establishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2146/68,2 and in particular Article 1 Article 16 ( 1 ) thereof; The following shall be substituted for the second Having regard to Council Regulation No paragraph of Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 162/66/EEC3 of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and 19/69 ; fats between the Community and Greece, and in particular Article 8 thereof; 'It shall apply until the end of the 1969/70 marketing year.' Article 2 Whereas experience gained during the 1968/69 marketing year is not sufficient to allow the system introduced by Council Regulation (EEC) No 19/694 This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 October of 20 December 1968 on the advance fixing of the 1969 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
