REGULATION (EEC) No 2196/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 October 1969 amending Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 968/68 on the system to be applied to cereal-based compound feeding-stuffs

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, starch; whereas it should therefore be specified that the product in question falls within that tariff heading number, even when it does not contain Having regard to the Treaty establishing the starch, as long as it otherwise complies with the European Economic Community; description; Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common organ­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : isation of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1398/69,2 and in particular Article 14 (3 ) and Article 16 (5 ) thereof; Article 1

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted for Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 968/68 . Whereas the present wording of Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 968/683 of 15 July 1968 on the Article 2 system to be applied to cereal-based compound feeding-stuffs is not sufficiently explicit as regards classification of the compound feeding-stuff, tariff This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December sub-heading No 23.07 B I when this does not contain 1969 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
