REGULATION (EEC) No 2486/69 OF THE COUNCIL of 9 December 1969 amending Regulation (EEC) No 765/68 as regards the tariff headings for certain products of the chemical industry manufactured from sugar

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, relating to that Tariff, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2451/696; whereas, to prevent Having regard to the Treaty establishing the administrative difficulties, those Annexes should be European Economic Community; brought into line with the above-mentioned nomenclature ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/EEC1 of 18 December 1967 on the common organisation of the market in sugar, as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) Nos 2463/692 and 2485/69,3 and in particular Article 9 (7) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; The Annexes to this Regulation shall be substituted Whereas the wording of the Annexes to Council for the Annexes to Regulation (EEC) No 765/68 . Regulation (EEC) No 765/684 of 18 June 1968 laying down general rules for the production refund on Article 2 sugar used in the chemical industry differs, in respect of certain products, from the nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff annexed to Council This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January Regulation (EEC) No 950/685 of 28 June 1968 1970 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
