REGULATION (ECSC, EEC, EURATOM) No 96/70 OF THE COUNCIL

of 19 January 1970

amending the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities as regards daily subsistence allowances for Officials on mission

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, ' 1 . The daily subsistence allowance for Officials on mission shall be paid on the following scale : Having regard to the Treaty establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European I II III Communities, and in particular Article 24 thereof; Grades A/4 Grades A / 1 to to A / 8 A /3 and LA /3 LA /4 to LA / 8 Other grades and category B Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Article2¶

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
