REGULATION (EEC) No 110/70 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1969 applying to the French overseas departments Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 establishing common rules for imports from state-trading countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community, and in particular Article 227 thereof; The provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 shall apply in the French overseas departments.
