REGULATION (EEC) No 377/70 OF THE COMMISSION

of 27 February 1970 implementing, as regards fruit and vegetables, Regulation No 1041/67/EEC on detailed rules for the application of export refunds on products subject to a single price system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : MUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; The products covered by Regulation 159/66/EEC Having regard to Council Regulation No shall be added to the list of products in Article 1 ( 1 ) 159/66/EEC1 of 25 October 1966 laying down of Regulation No 1041 /67/EEC . further provisions on the common organisation of the market in fruit and vegetables, as last amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 2515/69,2 and in particular Article 11a (4) thereof; The second indent of Article 5 ( 1 ) of Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 2518/69 shall be added to the list of . 2518/693 of 9 December 1969 laying down general provisions in Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation No rules for granting export refunds on fruit and 1041 /67/EEC . vegetables and the criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds and in particular Article 5 (2), second subparagraph, and Article 5 (3 ) thereof; Article 3
