REGULATION (EEC) No 755/70 OF THE COMMISSION

of 24 April 1970 supplementing Regulation (EEC) No 142/69 laying down certain detailed rules for the application of the quota system for sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ WhereaS the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/EEC1 of 18 December 1967 on the common organisation of the market in sugar, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 2485/69,2 and in particular Articles 25 (3 ), 27 (7) and 32 (4) thereof; 1 .
