REGULATION (EEC) No 1026/70 OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1970 applying to the French overseas departments Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Article 2

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2042/682 of 10 European Economic Community, and in particular December 1968 applying to the French overseas Article 227 thereof; departments Regulation (EEC) No 2041 /68 drawing up a common list in respect of liberalised products Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; imported into the Community from third countries, and Council Regulation (EEC) No 2046/683 of 10 "Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1025/701 of December 1968 applying to the French overseas 25 May 1970 establishing common rules for imports departments Regulation (EEC) No 2045/68 setting up from third countries should also apply in the French a special procedure in respect of the import of certain overseas departments ; products from certain third countries are hereby repealed. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

The provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on the third 1025/70 of 25 May 1970 shall apply in the French day following its publication in the Official Journal overseas departments . of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
