REGULATION (EEC) No 1382/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 July 1970 amending the Annex to Regulation No 225 /67/EEC as regards the coefficients of equivalence for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 458/705 MUNITIES , provides that where the offers and quotations used relate to a quality other than the standard quality for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the which the target price was fixed they must be European Economic Community ; adjusted on the basis of the coefficients of equivalence shown in the Annex ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC1 of 22 September 1966 on the Whereas it appears that the quality of colza and rape establishment of a common organisation of the seed delivered by Canada during the 1969/70 markets in oils, and fats, ( as last amended by marketing year differs in certain respects from the Regulation (EEC) No 1253 /702 ; quality used when the coefficients of equivalence were determined ; whereas the coefficient shown in Having regard to Council Regulation No the Annex to Regulation No 225/67/EEC for colza 115 /67/EEC3 of 6 June 1967 laying down criteria for and rape seed from that country should therefore be determining world market prices for oil seeds and amended ; fixing the frontier crossing point, and in particular Article 7 thereof ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Whereas Article 3 of Commission Regulation No Management Committee for Oils and Fats ; 225/67/EEC4 of 28 June 1967 on detailed rules for determining the world market price for oil seeds, as HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Part A of the Annex to Regulation No 225 /67/EEC shall be amended as follows :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
