REGULATION (EURATOM) No 1399/70 OF THE COUNCIL of 13 July 1970 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas it is for the Council, acting on a proposal from the Commission, to lay down, in the light of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, local practice, the conditions governing remuneration ECSC) No 259/681 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Centre at Regulations of Officials of the European each place of employment; Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 Whereas, in particular in view of the changes in and 95 of those Conditions of Employment; salaries made since 1 January 1970 for the staff of the Belgian Nuclear Centre ( CEN), Regulation No Having regard to Council Regulation No 10/63/Euratom should be amended ; 10/63/Euratom2 of 18 December 1963 laying down in the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Whereas the monthly allowance provided for in the Research Centre employed in Belgium, as last third paragraph of Article 3 of Regulation No amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 1999/69,3 and 10/63/Euratom should be incorporated in the scale of in particular Articlfe 16 thereof; basic monthly salaries as from 1 July 1970, and whereas it is appropriate to repeal that provision Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; with effect from that date;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

Article2¶

Article3¶

The third paragraph of Article 3 of Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom shall be repealed with effect from 1 July 1970.

Article4¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
