REGULATION (EEC) No 1492/70 OF THE COUNCIL
of 20 July 1970
extending to other imports the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 establishing common rules for imports from state-trading countries
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , measures within the meaning of Title IV of. that Regulation would be justified ;
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas these products should therefore be entered European Economic Community, and in particular in that Annex ; Article 113 thereof;
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 109/701 of 19 December 1969 establishing common Article 1 rules for imports from state-trading countries, and in particular Article 2 thereof; The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 shall be extended to include the products listed in the Annex Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; to this Regulation imported from the third countries indicated by an asterisk .
Whereas certain products which are not yet listed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 have been Article 2 liberalised by the Member States ;
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Whereas their inclusion in that Annex is not liable to day following its publication in the Official Journal create a situation where the application of protective of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
