REGULATION (EURATOM) No 2049/70 OF THE COUNCIL of 13 October 1970 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Italy

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/681 of 29 February 1968 on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4 and Articles 94 and 95 of those Conditions of Employment;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 9/63/Euratom2 of 18 December 1963 laying down the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Italy, as last amended by Regulation (Euratom ) No 967/70,3 and in particular Article 17 thereof;

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission;

"Whereas in view of the changes in salaries made since 1 January 1970 for employees in sectors governed by the Metalmeccanici collective agreement, Regulation No 9/63 /Euratom should be further amended ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

Article 2 o This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
