REGULATION (EEC) No 2214/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1970

extending the period of validity of Regulation No 785/67/EEC on the buying-in of olive oil by intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ the buying-in of olive oil by intervention agencies, as MUNITIES, last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 252/704;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation European Economic Community; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ 66/EEC1 of 22 September 1966 on the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : establishment of a common organisation of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253/70,2 and in particular Article 1 Article 11 (5 ) thereof;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
