of 30 October 1970 on private storage aid for R HI type table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN , Whereas the conditions specified in Article 5 (2) of COMMUNITIES , the abovementioned Regulation are therefore fulfilled; whereas, in accordance with the first subparagraph Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ of paragraph 7 of that Article, the Commission must pean Economic Community, determine whether aid should be granted,
