REGULATION (EEC) No 2509/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 December 1970

amending Regulation (EEC) No 193 /70 establishing the procedure for giving effect to measures to promote the marketing of oranges and mandarins in the Community

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : For the 1970/71 marketing year 1 January 1971 shall be substituted for 1 December 1970 in column 2 of Article 1 Annex 1 to Regulation ( EEC ) No 193 /70..

The following shall be substituted for the second subparagraph of Article 2 of Regulation (EEC ) No 193 /70 : Article 4

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety 'and directly applicable in all Member States .
